Man accused of taking pics of boy in Sea-Tac restroom pleads not guilty to voyeurism
KENT, Wash. -- A man accused of taking pictures of an 8-year-old boy in a restroom at Sea-Tac International Airport pleaded not guilty Thursday in King County Superior Court to a voyeurism charge.
The boy's dad said he spotted the suspect -- Joshua Gitlin, 34, an IT technician from North Carolina, holding a cell phone over a restroom stall and taking pictures of his son. The dad confronted Gitlin, grabbed his phone and waited for police to come to arrest him.
A judge has allowed Gitlin to post a bond in order to remain free until his case goes to trial.
