Man, woman injured in South Lake Union shooting

SEATTLE -- Seattle police are investigating a shooting outside a South Lake Union restaurant that sent two people to the hospital early Sunday morning.

Officers responded to reports of gunfire around 3 a.m. in the 100 block of North Boren Avenue.

Police found a 20-year-old woman shot in the back, and transported her to Harborview Medical Center.

Later, police say a 30-year-old man was dropped off at Harborview's Emergency Room. He had been shot in his legs and one arm.

Both have non-life-threatening injuries.

Police were not able to find any witnesses at the scene. Detectives recovered 30 shell casings at the scene.
