Mega Millions jackpot now at $291 million

SEATTLE -- Someone could win a lot of money if they have the right ticket.

The jackpot for Mega Millions now stands at $291 million and the next drawing is Friday, December 6, at 8 p.m. Since nobody matched the winning numbers in the last drawing on December 3, the jackpot was increased from $257 million.

Since Mega Millions is a multi-state game, so if there is a winner in Washington, the retailer that sold the ticket will receive a $500,000 selling bonus.
