Mohawk helps Spokane County detectives identify accused, arrested thief; second suspects still wanted

CAPTURE UPDATE September 21, 2015 -- The Spokane County Sheriff's Office says Dustin Burrows was arrested during a traffic stop and booked into the Spokane County Jail on Friday. The second suspect in the college campus theft case is still unidentified. UPDATE September 11, 2015 -- Dustin Burrows now has a Spokane County warrant for burglary along with his DOC warrant. UPDATE June 15, 2015 -- BurrowsDustin (2) Spokane County Sheriff’s Detectives say they have identified the suspect with the yellow Mohawk as Dustin Burrows. He has an active Department of Corrections warrant for his arrest. Investigators have also submitted charges to the prosecutor’s office for burglary and theft after several backpacks and a longboard where stolen from the Whitworth College campus. The other suspect has not been identified. Detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating the two men. The one guy has a really distinctive hairstyle with one long strip of blonde hair pulled back, the rest of his hair dark. Also take a good look at the blue minivan detectives think the two drove.
