RUSSIA -- Photos and video of a ... new mode of transportation are surfacing on the Internet.

This is apparently a PT Cruiser that's been modified into some sort of wedding limousine.

It looks like some bizarre combination of the Popemobile and a hybrid SUV.

Whatever this thing is, it's definitely unique.
