North Carolina fugitive, domestic violence suspect arrested in Skagit County
FUGITIVE CAPTURED July 20, 2015 -- A Skagit County Sheriff's deputy arrested Ryan Ellis on Monday night in Concrete. He was wanted in North Carolina and fled here where he has family. He is accused here in a new attack on a man this week, splitting his head open. FUGITIVE WANTED IN BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA July 20, 2015 -- Detectives with the Brunswick County Sheriff's Office in North Carolina are asking for help finding a man wanted on domestic violence charges. It is believed that Ryan Scott Ellis could be headed to Skagit County where the 26-year-old has extended family in the area. Ellis is charged with habitual misdemeanor assault and violation of a domestic violence protective order for an incident that occurred on July 15th.
