Oops: Cop in speeding boat slams a docked boat, sinks it

WASHINGTON (Jeannie Moos/CNN) -- A cop in a police boat on the Potomac River took off speeding in response to an emergency call and slammed into another boat that was tied to a restaurant dock, sinking the docked boat. And the officer tells the man who rented the boat to relax.
