For 39 years, a small town in eastern Washington has come up with a very creative way to heat up business during the cold winter months. Outhouse racing has turned into a town tradition. Photojournalist Frank Koumaros traveled almost six hours to Conconully, Washington where frigid temps and lots of snow only added to the festivities.
