Pasco police arrest six-warrant fugitive, driver accused of killing father after fleeing from police

CAPTURED April 15, 2015 -- Pasco police arrested Miguel Paniagua on Wednesday morning. FUGITIVE WANTED IN PASCO April 7, 2015 -- Miguel Paniagua is wanted for questioning in a Vehicular Homicide in Pasco on Sylvester St. last Thursday. Police say Paniagua was fleeing from an officer who was trying to stop him for an illegal lane change. The officer stopped the pursuit but Paniagua's truck slammed into the passenger side of a car driven by a Kennewick father. Paniagua is accused of running form the crash. He's also wanted for six Franklin County felony warrants for Failure to Appear. Original charges include Assault 2nd, Harassment, and Possession of a gun. He is 23 years old, 5'4" and weighs 130 lbs. He has tattoos at the base of his neck.
