Pedestrian hit by downtown bus; injuries unknown
The scene of an accident Tuesday morning.
SEATTLE -- A pedestrian was taken to the hospital Tuesday morning after being hit by a King County Metro Transit bus downtown.
The person was hit around 5 a.m. near the intersection of Lenora Street and 2nd Avenue. They were taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.
Little other information was immediately available.
The intersection was closed for a short time following the crash, but has since reopened.
