Police find $500k worth of heroin
TACOMA -- Police seized 64 pounds of heroin, a gun and scales from a Tacoma home during a West Sound Narcotics Enforcement Team investigation Monday, the Tacoma News Tribune reported.
The drugs are estimated to be worth more than $500,000. Information on the suspects, the crimes or how how the police found the drugs was not immediately available, the News Tribune reported.
The West Sound Narcotics Enforcement Team is headquartered in Kitsap County and is composed of agents from Pierce, Thurston and Kitsap Counties.
