Police: Man busted into home, robbed woman
SEATTLE -- Detectives are looking for a man who busted into a home early Tuesday morning, held down a woman and robbed her.
Around 10:30 a.m., a woman who lives in the 100 block of 20 Avenue in the Central District called police to report that a man broke into her home, the Seattle Police Department said. She told officers that a black man in his mid-40's forced open her door, restrained her and stole cash and electronics from her home.
The victim told police the man quickly fled, and she called the cops. She was not hurt.
Detectives are investigating the robbery. Anyone with information is encouraged to call 911.
