Police seek men who stole whole ATM from crowded store in broad daylight
MARYSVILLE, Wash. (AP) — Marysville police are looking for three men accused of stealing from a whole ATM from a store in broad daylight.
The Daily Herald of Everett reports that witnesses reported the men entering a Fred Meyer store at 9:50 a.m. Monday and unplugging the machine.
Marysville police Cmdr. Robb Lamoureux says the men placed the ATM on a dolly and wheeled it out of the store and into a truck.
The truck was later found, but it turned out to be stolen, the Herald reported.
Investigators are reviewing surveillance footage in hopes of releasing an image of the suspects later.
