Rescue crews help injured hiker on Snoqualmie Pass

SEATTLE --  A 911 call led rescue crews to an injured hiker on Snoqualmie Pass Sunday.

The 69 year old woman was roughly an hour in to a six day hike when she slipped on a rock and hit her head.

One of six people hiking with her made the emergency call.

Rescue crews hiked about 2.5 miles to reach the group, and treated a cut on the woman's head.

She then walked out with a friend, and went to a hospital in Bellevue to make sure her injuries weren't serious.
