Seahawks fans line up early, hoping to get lucky at lottery drawing

TUKWILA - Tickets for the NFC championship game sold out within minutes yesterday, but there is still a chance to win tickets to the game.

The Washington Lottery is giving 10 lucky fans, and a guest each, an opportunity to see the Seahawks play the San Francisco 49'ers at CenturyLink on Sunday.

Lottery officials will be at the Westfield Southcenter Mall this afternoon, selling tickets to win the Seahawks NFC Championship Package.

Each $10 Scratch ticket gives you one entry into the drawing for a prize package that includes 2 tickets to the game, 1 parking pass and a $50 Pro Shop gift card.

Officially, fans are being allowed to line up to buy tickets starting at noon, but there is already a line forming outside the mall.  The first fans started showing up around 5 a.m. Tuesday morning.

Tickets will be sold from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. The drawing will take place at 7 p.m.  You do not need to be present to win, but you must be available by phone.

Walter Jones, an All Pro Seahawks Alumnus, will be available for autographs from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.  The Sea Gals, Blitz and BlueThunder will also be on hand during the festivities.
