5-year-old Seattle girl taken by parent during supervised visit found safe, attorney says
SEATTLE - The attorney representing the father of a 5-year-old Seattle girl taken by her mother and was reported missing has been found safe.
Seattle police said the girl was last seen during a supervised visit with a parent in the 2800 block of E. Madison Street in the Madison Valley neighborhood on Oct. 9. Police did not give a description of the parent or if they could be using a vehicle or public transit.
The attorney said on Thursday, the girl was found safe and is now with her father.
Also, according to the attorney, the mother was taken into custody.
