Dontrel Duggins was booked into the King County Jail on Wednesday, March 23rd.
FUGITIVE WANTED IN SEATTLE March 11, 2016 --
Seattle Police are asking for help finding Dontrel Duggins.
He has a $75,000 warrant for his arrest for Domestic Violence Assault 2-Strangulation.
Detectives say the victim called 911 in October to report she had been strangled by her boyfriend. Officers responded but were unable to locate Duggins who fled prior to their arrival.
He failed to attend his arraignment and a bench warrant was issued.
Duggins is a seven-time convicted felon including unlawful possession of a firearm.
Detectives say he has made statements to the victim about ‘suicide by cop,’ so police would like to get him safely into custody so he can have his day in court and so that the victim can finally sleep at night without fear.
He could be in Seattle or Bellevue.
Duggins has a 1999 Mercury Mountaineer with Washington state license plates 734ZWZ registered in his name.
He may also be driving the victim’s rental car, a black 2016 Chevy Impala with Washington state license plates AXZ5231.
If you know where officers can find him, call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). All calls are anonymous and there is a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to his arrest.
