FUGITIVE CAPTURED November 15, 2015 -- Dion Obi was arrested by the Skokomish Tribal Police Department and booked into the Mason County Jail on Sunday. FUGITIVE WANTED IN MASON COUNTY October 22, 2015 -- Dion Jerome Obi is a missing sex offender in Mason County. When he was 28, he sexually assaulted and molested a 6-year-old girl. He pleaded guilty on 10/01/1999 of Abusive Sexual Contact with a Minor. The 45-year-old has multiple warrants for his arrest. He has been hiding on the Skokomish Indian Reservation and is wanted for failure to register. Obi was last known to be in the 400 block of N. Reservation Road in Shelton. He is 5'09" 185 lbs.
