Small quake strikes in north-central Washington
SEATTLE -- A small, magnitude 2.7 earthquake struck north-central Washington on Tuesday afternoon nearly 22 miles south-southwest of Mazama.
The U.S. Geological Survey said the quake was shallow, at only 1.1 miles deep.
There were no reports of damage or injuries.
