Sound Transit service delayed due to suspicious package on tracks

TUKWILA -- A Sound Transit train was held north of Tukwila due to a suspicious package found on the tracks, officials said.

Sound Transit tweeted about the delay at 7:21 a.m.

Special buses to assist with passengers getting to Seattle were being sent out, officials said. The package was removed a short time later, but delays were still expected.
