SPD: Woman arrested after drug buy leads to guns, cash
A chance to sell drugs and a gun ended in a trip to jail for a Seattle woman on Friday.
Seattle Police say that the 24-year-old woman set up a drug buy at near 3rd and Lenora with a man who was actually an undercover officer. A gun was also to be sold in the transaction.
When the woman arrived with the items, she was arrested. She has narcotics and a .44 caliber revolver with her at the time.
After getting a search warrant, officers searched her residence on 3rd Avenue. They found pills, $800 in cash and a Glock .40 caliber handgun.
The woman was booked into the King County Jail on gun and drug charges.
