Spokane County fugitive surrenders after getting out of jail and vanishing

CAPTURE UPDATE February 2, 2015 -- The Spokane County Sheriff's Office says Melinda Miller surrendered and is no longer wanted. FUGITIVE WANTED IN SPOKANE COUNTY August 14, 2015 --  Melinda Miller is a fugitive who recently did jail time for drugs. Authorities say she got out and never reported to the Department of Corrections like she was supposed to, so now she is wanted for escape. Her criminal history goes back 20 years and includes convictions for drugs and two domestic violence crimes -- assault and harassment. Melinda Miller is 26-years-old, 5-foot-4, 125-pounds, and you can see a little bit of the tattoo she has on the left side of her neck.
