Stormy weather coming to an end
One more evening of rainy, chilly weather. Isolated thunderstorms have been rolling around down in the south Sound. There was a report of a water spout off the Westport coastline around noon today. These storms can produce funnel clouds and gusty winds as they pass. As we get into Thursday the weather improves at least in terms of rainfall. Thursday through Saturday will be dry. It’ll be chilly with morning fog but the afternoons will have some sun breaks. October is the foggiest month by the way. Saturday night rain returns and Sunday will be damp and breezy. Walter. 10/2/13
