Sun and storms in Seattle
SEATTLE -- Nice sun breaks through Wednesday -- but isolated thunderstorms will roll through from time to time. It’ll be muggy and warm, too.
Most of the storms will be out along the foothills and mountains but a few lowland storms are in the forecast as well. Most of the time it’ll be dry, but with thunderstorms you can get a quick shot of heavy rain. Highs on Wednesday will be around 77.
Starting Thursday, and lasting through Saturday morning, the weather turns WET. It’ll be a good ol’ fashioned soaker, especially Thursday night. Most of the computer models show an inch of rain for the lowlands and up to 4 inches of rain for the mountains. This is enough to produce some urban flooding like last Thursday.
This weekend looks pretty good, especially Sunday.
Next week looks hot again with sunny days.
