Sun, BUIs high over Seafair weekend

SEATTLE -- Seafair weekend brought sun, planes and boats to the Emerald City.

It also brought a few arrests.

According to preliminary statistics from the Washington State Patrol, 473 vessels were contacted by police over the weekend, and 34 people were arrested for boating under the influence.
