The secret is out: Seattle’s chill in the summertime
SEATTLE — Not too hot, not too cold, but just right. Seattle is the best place to be for comfortable summer weather, according to at least one travel blog.
Sperling’s Best Places ranks the Emerald City the number one “Chill City” based on daytime high temperatures, humidity and nighttime lows.
Portland comes in second, followed by San Francisco and Denver. San Jose rounds out the top five.
On the other side of the spectrum, the “Sizzling Cities,” where people can expect to spend the summer sweltering! Not a surprise here with Phoenix, Las Vegas and Dallas topping the list.
