Tip leads authorities to $550K worth of meth, cocaine near Canadian border
FERNDALE, Wash. -- Law enforcement seized a half-million dollars worth of methamphetamine and cocaine on September 10th.
Investigators said a tip led them to find 9 kilograms of meth and 15 kilograms of cocaine at the Grandview Business Center in Ferndale.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement said the shipment was headed to Canada where the drugs are worth more than $1 million on the street.
Officials released photos of the drugs on Wednesday.
Nobody has been arrested in this case. Authorities are asking anyone with information to call the Homeland Security Investigation tip line at 1-866-347-2423 or submit a tip online.
