TV station, NTSB apologize for fake and racist Asiana pilot names

The National Transportation Safety Board and a San Francisco TV station apologized Friday for their roles in the broadcast of fake, racially insensitive names of the pilots on board the Asiana Airlines flight that crashed last Saturday.
