VIDEO: Casino gets pranked with fountain bubble bath

SEATTLE -- The Tulalip Casino in Marysville appears to have been pranked Friday night when someone dumped soap into the casino's water fountain. The fountain, next to Interstate 5, caused traffic to slow as drivers did a looky-loo at the spectacle.
