WA named cheapest state to buy used cars

You are in luck if you are in the market for a used car in Washington. A new study reveals it is the cheapest state for those looking to pick one up. 

The average cost of a used vehicle listed for sale in the Evergreen state is $24,673. This is nearly $2,000 less than any other state in the country, according to the new study from AutoTechIQ.

Deer Park was the most affordable city in the state to buy, with an average price of just $12,043. Bellevue was the most expensive, used and certified pre-owned cars there were more than $48,000. 

Researchers eliminated exotic cars over the price of $150,000 to rank the following 10 states by their averages:
