WATCH: Crews burn down mansion dangling over cliff
LAKE WHITNEY, Texas -- Crews set fire to a luxury home that's been hanging over a 75-foot cliff in Texas, myfoxdfw.com reported.
Apparently, the sheriff's office said there were no other options.
Engineers said this was actually the safest way to get rid of the hazard.
The home is insured, but it didn't cover earth movement.
The homeowner will also be responsible for the cost of demolition and cleanup, myfoxdfw.com reported.
