Wet, windy, wild weather on the way
SEATTLE -- The first of a couple of cold fronts is marching through today with rain, changing to showers this afternoon, and breezy conditions. It will also be chilly, with highs topping out only in the upper 50s. Tomorrow, a stronger system pummels us.
Expect rain, heavy at times, and windy conditions. Highs will be in the mid 60s. There is a HIGH WIND WATCH for the South Coast for winds gusting up to 60 mph.
Sunday will be rainy & breezy, highs low 60s. We could have some river flooding with all of this rain. The most likely river to approach flood stage will be the Skokomish River in Mason County. Monday and Tuesday will be showery with highs in the low 60s.
Showers taper off next Wednesday. It could be dry next Thursday.
