A King County Sheriff’s deputy shot and killed a  32-year-old man Saturday afternoon in Auburn while responding to a gun being shot in a nearby backyard.

A 4-year-old boy died after being run over by a car Monday afternoon in Auburn.

Police have not said what led to the shooting, nor have they identified potential suspects or the victim.
