Possible legislation and FEMA support after WA storms

King County Councilmember Sarah Perry says she's working on legislation to help with recovery efforts after a bomb cyclone and a second wind storm damaged parts of western Washington, leaving hundreds of thousands without power. Some have been without electricity for a week now.
