Allen Apo: Level-3 sex offender on the loose

Wanted by Pierce County Sheriff's Department  Allen Apo is a Level-3 sex offender, and classified as one of the most likely to re offend. Before, he was convicted for assaulting two children, ages 3 and 7. He's wanted for failing to register. Pierce County Sheriff's Det. Ed Troyer said he needs to register, before he hurts someone else.
