WANTED BY DOC IN KING COUNTY --  Clifford Cope is a chronic violater of protection orders. This high-violent offender should be easy to spot with that nasty knot on his head, right behind his ear. And while the weather might be cooling down, Cope is cruising around shirtless – and he's got a bunch of tattoos that will help you spot him. Look for a big, serpeant-like tattoo on his chest and one on his arm with an upside-down skull. Cope is 47-years-old and tall and lanky at 6-feet, 4-inches and 200 pounds.
