WANTED IN TRI-CITIES -- Just look at the toll meth has taken on missing 'high-violent' Tri-City fugitive Daniel Medrano. The photo above shows his mug shots before and after he started using the horrible drug. Medrano is a career criminal with 13 felony convictions. Now, he’s wanted by the Department of Corrections for Escape in the Tri-Cities. His DOC officer says he has a bad temper and takes it out on the ladies in his life. If you’re dating him, officers say, BEWARE -- because ‘Smiley’ is not the nice guy he wants you to think he is. He is already classified as 'high-violent' with the Department of Corrections.
