Efren Hernandez: Accused of breaking into Mattawa home, raping teen girl who was home alone

EFRENWANTED IN GRANT COUNTY --
Police in the towns of Mattawa and Warden are working together to catch an accused child sex assault suspect.

Detectives say Efren Hernandez broke into a home in Mattawa last weekend and raped a teen girl who was home alone.

Detectives say Hernandez was last known to be living in the Desert Aire area of Grant County, but could be hiding in Yakima County, or he may have escaped to California or Las Vegas.
