Martin Garza: Dangerous Tri-City fugitive fresh out of prison – and already in the wind
WANTED BY DOC IN TRI-CITIES -- Martin Garza is a high-violent gang member with more than 30 convictions on his rap sheet, including domestic violence assault and harassment, several burglaries, theft, extortion, and tons of drug crimes. He's breaking probation in the Tri-Cities. His tattoos may help you spot him: The one on his upper left arm shows Aztec-looking faces and art. The one on his upper right arm has the letters ‘N’ and ‘P’ with a feather in the middle. Department of Corrections officers say he could be hiding in the Tri-Cities or Yakima area.
