SMITHWANTED IN SPOKANE COUNTY --
A violent convicted drug dealer needs to be caught in Spokane County.

Richard Smith, who goes by "Dickey,” is a Repeat Offender who's breaking probation on a conspiracy drug possession conviction.

He's also been busted for assaulting law enforcement, riot with a deadly weapon, dealing drugs, and illegally having a firearm.
