Deputies round up 'aggressive' domesticated wolf
LACEY -- Thurston County sheriff's deputies helped round up a loose and "aggressive" wolf Friday morning in Lacey.
According to the Thurston County Sheriff's Office, the wolf was a backyard pet that grew aggravated and the owner was unable to control it. The sheriff's deputies cornered the wolf in the backyard of a home in the 7000 block of Meridian Road SE, and were able to capture it.
Police said they would return the wolf to its owner.
It was unclear why the wolf grew angry.
