FUGITIVE CAPTURED IN YAKIMA March 13, 2013  -- Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound says a tipster texted their program in Seattle Wednesday morning, with Margarito “Lunatic” Rivera’s address in Yakima.  The tipster said Rivera was at the address at that time, so Crime Stoppers called Yakima dispatch.  Yakima police and the U.S. Marshals Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force surrounded the house in the 900 block of South 11th Ave. Rivera surrendered peacefully. Rivera was featured on Washington’s Most Wanted on Feb. 22nd on Q13 FOX in Seattle and on Feb. 23rd on the FOX stations in Yakima and Spokane. He was convicted of Domestic Violence and ordered not to be in Yakima County where the victim lives.  He was supposed to be living and checking in with officers in Spokane County. He is the 385th fugitive caught since Washington’s Most Wanted started in 2008.
