FUGITIVE WANTED IN THE TRI-CITIES August 16, 2013 -- Department of Corrections officers in Benton County say Antonio Deleon is a wanted gang member known to abuse women, who fancies himself to be a ladies man, and has a deep disrespect for the law. He's street-named "Pelon" or "Bald" -- and he's missing in the Tri-Cities now. "He's a high-violent offender who's been convicted of almost every crime in the book: Obstruction, disorderly conduct, harassment and DUI are only a few of the crimes he's committed. He's not a fan of law enforcement, and has a nasty habit of abusing women," Christina Lacy with the Department of Corrections said. Officers say the dangerous drugs that fuel many of "Pelon's" crimes include meth. He's 47-years-old and is inked with a woman's face on his forearm. He's believed to be hiding in Benton County.
