One person killed in Roy motorhome fire
ROY, Wash. -- Fire killed one person and destroyed a motorhome Wednesday morning in Roy.
Crews were called around 7 a.m. to 286th Street E. & 11th Avenue E. in Roy.
Fire officials said nobody else was inside the motorhome which was parked next to a horse barn. Crews called a second alarm to help protect the animals which all escaped safely.
A firefighter suffered a leg injury, officials said.
The cause of the fire has not been released.
