Person found shot on I-5, gunman unknown

SEATTLE -- Washington State Patrol Troopers are investigating after a person was found shot on Interstate 5 near I-90.

Police tweeted about the incident around 12 p.m. They don't believe the person was shot by a passing motorist.

Traffic was backed up following closure of NB I-5 near I-90, but has since reopened.
