Seahawks injury report: Chris Clemons in 'individual drill'
RENTON -- The Seattle Seahawks on Wednesday listed their first official injury report of the season:

Writing for Seahawks.com, reporter Clare Farnsworth said defensive end Chris Clemons took part in "an early individual drill that involved no contact," but noted it was his first practice-field action since before tearing a ligament and meniscus in his left knee during the wild-card playoff victory over the Washington Redskins in January.
Earlier, Carroll had said Clemons would practice on Wednesday.
Carroll already has said that Clemons won’t play against the Panthers.
Avril, McDaniel, Williams and Mebane also were back after sitting out the “Bonus Monday” practice.
