Trick that magician says got him out of speeding ticket (VIDEO)

NEW YORK, New York --  Everyone thinks they have a ‘trick’ that will get them out of a ticket if they are ever pulled over for speeding.

But one Schenectady New York man says all it took was a little magic for him to drive away from a police officer without a citation.

Steven Brundage says he was driving home December 5th and 3:00a.m. from a holiday party in New York City when he was pulled over for going 42 in a 30 mph zone.

As the officer talked with Brundage he noticed something unusual inside the car.

“He asked why I had all the cards in my car and I told him I was a magician,” wrote Brundage on his Facebook page.  “He then asked me to show him a magic trick.”

Video of what happened next was posted on YouTube December 6th and has been seen by more than 200-thousand people since.

Here’s the video which shows Brundage solving a Rubik’s Cube in one second.

Officer Brady is clearly impressed in the video.  But what we don’t see is what happened after the camera stopped rolling.

“I’m glad to say I left without a ticket,” wrote Brundage.

Still we are left to wonder if this video is real or just another of Brundage’s illusions.
