Zesty Burger Sauce
Developed for Blue Moon Burgers by Kelly Cline
Yield: 3/4 Cup
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 5 minutes
1/4 Cup Ketchup
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon White Sugar or Honey
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Combine all ingredients and mix by hand until thoroughly combined. Use immediately
or put in an airtight container and store in the fridge. Use within 3 days.

This is how to build your own #12 Burger at home. We are going to start with the bottom
bun and work up to the top bun.
1. Toasted Bottom Bun - at Blue Moon Burgers we use Brioche
2. Zesty Burger Sauce (Recipe Above)
3. Lettuce
4. Sliced Red Onion
5. Sliced Tomato
6. Beef Patty
7. American Cheese
8. Beef Patty
9. American Cheese
10. 6-7 Tater Tots
11. Caramelized Onion
12. Toasted Top Bun
Put it all together and dig in!

Additional Options:
--You can use a different bun such as a pretzel bun, or a ciabatta roll, or a Gluten Free
bun.
--You can switch up the cheese, try Swiss, Blue, Muenster or even Gouda
--Use Fries, Sweet Potato Fries or Sweet Potato Tots instead of regular Tots.
