No stop signs... so who goes first?
Q: Who has the right of way at an intersection with no stop signs? -- Mike in Everett A: "Mike, what a great question from Everett. If you come to a 4-way intersection and there's no stop signs or no lights, you are not required to stop. However, you should probably slow down and exercise due caution. If someone's already in the intersection, they, of course, have the right of way. And, if two vehicles come to the intersection at the same time, the vehicle on the right always has th right away. So, when you come to the intersections, exercise due caution. Slow down. Because, a lot of the times these intersections are a bit dicey, and everyone's always a little unsure about who has the right of way." -- Everett police Ofc. Aaron Snell
