2 stabbed at Shoreline birthday party

SHORELINE, Wash. -- Police are looking for suspects in the stabbing of two men early Sunday morning at a birthday party in Shoreline.

Police responded to 911 calls of a stabbing around 12:30 a.m. in the 15500 block of Dayton Avenue North, King County Sheriff's Office Sergeant Cindi West said. When deputies arrived, they found a 22-year-old Renton man stabbed in the abdomen. A 20-year-old Seattle man was also stabbed, and friends transported him to Harborview Medical Center.

Both victims underwent surgery at Harborview Medical Center. Their current condition is unknown.

According to police, the stabbing occurred at a birthday party, and many people came to the party who weren't invited. It is unknown what specific events led up to the violence.
